Whether you’re having problems with your computer, are in need of computer repair, desiring upgrades, training, or require help in purchasing a new computer, we do it all. Here you will find information about the services we offer. Mad City Techs is your one stop shop.

SHOP RATES

$30 computer repair will include ALL of the following:
Diagnostics and Estimates - ($30 fee will go towards the computer repair if you choose to have quoted work done)
Laptop or Desktop Memory Installation – Memory (RAM) helps overall performance within your Operating System.

$60 computer repair will include ALL of the following:
Virus / Spyware Removal – For instances where malicious software can be removed from your computer without reloading the hard drive.
System tune-up – Includes upgrade assessment, disk defragmentation, startup and temporary file cleanup, and hardware testing.
Desktop or laptop hardware upgrades or replacements for most defective hardware.
Software Repairs not including operating system reloads.

$90 computer repair will include ALL of the following:
Desktop or Laptop Complete system reload – Includes Operating system, pdf viewers, online content plugins, drivers, and applicable software updates.
Operating System Upgrade or Installation
Laptop LCD replacements

$120 computer repair will include ALL of the following:
Desktop or Laptop Complete system reload with Data Backup and Integration
Advanced Laptop Hardware Repair – Power Stem Repair or Replacement, Laptop Motherboard

Data Backup and Data Recovery
Most failed hard drives can be read within our shops for salvageable data:

$30 – 1-2 Disks of Data
$60 – 3-5 Disks of Data
$90 – 6-10 Disks of Data

In some cases, badly damaged drives must be sent out to a contaminant-free room for Advanced Data Recovery. This Forensic Data Recovery Process will require an assessment fee of $100 to evaluate data rescue capability. Average cost for entire process ranges from $500-$2500. This service is naturally expedited.

Emergency/Expedited Services:
Mad City Techs treats customers on a first-come first-served basis. If you need emergency services and require immediate attention to avoid grinding to a halt in a fast-paced world, all above services can be performed with a guaranteed prioritization for only double the already-low rates presented.

Black & White laser printers	$65/hour(1 hr. min.)+ parts
Color laser printers	$75/hour(1 hr. min.)+ parts
Inkjet
Diagnostics	$30 flat fee
Cleaning or Repair	$50 flat fee + parts

 

On-Site Rates

On-Site Services (Residential)

$45 Dollars will include ALL of the following:
Quick Fixes – 20 minute fix. (Including Remote repair)

Hourly Home Rates

$75/Hour – Standard On-Site Services including Networking, Software Repairs, Remote Repairs, Hardware Installations, Upgrade Services, Tutorials, System setups and Office configurations.

$99/Hour – Same Day Services. Emergency On-Site Repairs.

On-Site Services (Business)

$45 Dollars will include ALL of the following:
Quick Fixes – 20 minute fix. (Including Remote repair)

Hourly Business Rates

$75/Hour – Standard On-Site Services including Networking, Software Repairs, Remote Repairs, Hardware Installations, Upgrade Services, Tutorials, System setups and Office configurations.
$125/Hour – Same Day Services. Emergency On-Site Repairs.

Color printers	$120/hour (1 hr. min.) + parts
